Main Job Description/Mission:
* Design and develop solutions according to project targets and requirements根据项目的目标和要求完成设计和改进工作* Complete mechanical design work of projects independently能独立完成项目的机械设计工作* Communicate and cooperate with customers or other units in Europe在项目中和客户或者公司的欧洲部门沟通* Clarify scope and define basic information needed to start design work (technical specification, system layout, customer standards etc.) 项目开始之前明确设计范围和需求（技术规范，系统配置，客户标准等）* Is responsible of own engineering and design schedules and quality对自己设计工作的进度和质量负责* Troubleshoot design related problems解决设计相关的问题* Other related tasks assigned by the supervisor主管交待的其他任务
Key Requirement:* One year working experience in mechanical design应届生或一年机械设计相关工作经验* Highly interest in working for variety of mechanical engineering work and product对不同领域和不同类型产品的设计工作有高度的兴趣* Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or electrical大学本科，机械设计工程或电气相关专业*Good communication in English良好的英语沟通能力* Office software, AutoCAD and 3D tools is must熟练使用Office办公软件，精通AutoCAD和3D 软件* Independent worker, Team-player, Self-motivator, good coordinator and strong ability of learning etc.能独立完成工作，有团队协作精神、自我激励和良好的沟通能力、很强的学习能力
