要求Requirements:
1.大专以上学历，机械或电机相关专业

2.熟悉IS09001质量管理体系和质量管理工具
BefamiliarwithISO9001andQualityTools
3.至少应具备五年以上企业质量管理工作经验，两年以上质量有外企工作经验的优先
Atleast5yearsexperiencesinQualityManagementfieldsinmanufacturing，twoyearsinasupervisoryormanagerialroleinQualitydepartment;HaveexperiencesinmultinationalCompanywillbeaplus.
4.熟悉电机产品的原理、生产流程、制造工艺和与质量管理有关的程序和控制
Befamiliarwithmotortheory,produceprocess,technicalcontrolandQualityManagementrelatedproceduresandcontrols;
5.有较好的英语读写说能力
GoodabilityinEnglishreading,writingandspeaking.

主要岗位职责MainResponsibilities:
1.全面负责公司质量管理工作，制定并监督质量目标的完成情况。
BeinchargeofCompanyoverallQualityManagement,makingandmonitoringthefulfillmentofQualityObjective.
2.负责制定与品质部有关的程序文件、质量记录。
BeresponsibleformakingQDrelatedQualityproceduresandrecords.
3.负责材料进厂、产品制造及成品出厂检验过程中的质量监督和控制。
Beresponsibleforqualitymonitoringandcontrollinginmaterialin-coming,produceproductionandfinish-goodsinspection.
4.负责收集质量管理过程中的相关信息，进行整理、分析，编制必要的质量报告（质量报告、机会成本报告……），并制订改进措施，保持持续改进。

5.负责对质量管理体系所需过程的建立、实施和保持
