MissionofFunction:
He/Shewillberesponsibleforprospecting,prequalifying,leadgenerationandclosingnewbusinessaswellasbuildingandmaintainingcurrentcustomerrelationshipswithinhis/herassignedaccounts.

AreaofResponsibility/Tasks:
Businessdevelopmentactivitiesandlocalmarketingstrategiesforassignedaccounts.
Developexistingandnewopportunitiesasnecessarytoachieveassignedsalesandothertargets.
Workcloselywithinternalteamstodevelopopportunitystrategy,implementtheplanandreporttheresults.
SupportRegionalSalesManagertopresentriskassessmentandcontractdocumentationformanagementapproval,asrequired,tosupportnewbusiness.
Abilitytonegotiateandobtaincustomeragreementoncommercialtermsandconditionswithinacceptablecompanyparameters.
SupportRegionalSalesManagerincollaborationwithdifferentOCs,identifyfuturebusinessopportunities,markettrends,andcompetitorassessments.
Coordinatewithcrossfunctionaldepartmentsandexternalpartners,asnecessary.
Updateandmaintainmarketinformationwithinhis/herassignedaccounts.
应聘要求:
BachelorDegreeinBusiness,Engineeringorrelatedfield.
2-5yearsofsuccessfulexperienceinHV/MVelectricalequipmentsalesordevelopmentwithintheChinaPowerT&D,PowerGenerationandIndustry&InfrastructureSectors.
Abilitytounderstandthecustomer’sperspectiveandalignproductandserviceofferingstomeetcustomerneeds.
Demonstratedabilitytomanagemultipleopportunities,priorities,andworkeffectivelyunderpressureandtightdeadlines.
Abilitytothinkoutsidetheboxandcraftsolutionswithingivenconstraints.
Exhibitabilitytobeastrongteamplayer.
