Mission - Responsible for the business development of our industrial identification and communication products especially in the target industries Tobacco, Packaging & Logistics

- Market analysis and development of the marketing strategy for the target industries

- Achieve sales target in target industriesContacts - External Contacts: End users, DI, SI - Internal Contacts: report to business development team leader, coach and cooperate with regional sales to win projects.Task - Fulfill the individual sales target, improve market share in target industry.- Develop new customer in the target branch.

- Develop new application in the target branch.- Collect market requirements for IC and IID products and discuss them with product management

Knowledge - Background regarding target industries - Know how regarding RFID, Code Reading and IT networks (switch, wireless LAN)- Familiar with competitors - Strategic analysis & strategy development - Business plans & models - Good communication skills

- Sales process Know how - Good English Experience - Over 3 years experience in industry communication field.- Target branch DI and SI background.- Working in international teams due to a close collaboration with PM, promoter and regional sales.

Education - Bachelor or above, major in Electrical Engineering, Automation or related
