1.以最合理的价格，最好的质量和***的运输条件为目的，寻找供应商，并与现有供应商进行年度降价谈判。
2.管理供应商，关注其公司发展，充当施耐德与供应商的商务窗口，关注其服务绩效，签署合同，核定价格；3.以降本为目的，发起并管理COS/QVE/Lean等项目。4.支持工厂运营所需要的其他项目。1.Search and select supplier with competitive price, good performance of quality and delivery，negotiate with supplier to get better productivity;2.Manage the supplier, pay attention to the development and business trend and change, be the contact window for Schneider, track the service KPI, contract signing, RFQ;3.Initiate and lead COS/QVE/Lean project to get better productivity;4.Support plant as needed.
Basic Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above , Mechanical/Electronical engineering background
2. Willing to cooperate with others, open and optimistic.
3. 3 years + sourcing/project management experience in industrial is preferable.
4. Good Microsoft skills, especially excel.
5. Good communication and negotiation skills, team work spirit.
