职位要求
Job Responsibilities:
-Under the guidance of HR manager and business manager, to search target candidates, and related data collection, classification, sorting through various channels.
在上级人力资源经理及业务负责人的指导下,通过各种渠道寻访目标人选,并进行相关资料的收集、分类、整理
-Be in charge of candidate screening, telephone interview, interview organizing and arrangement, candidate evaluation etc.
负责对候选人的筛选,电话面试,面试组织安排,候选人评估等
-Build pipeline of candidates and maintain relationships with qualified candidates.
建立人才梯队并维护和候选人的良好关系
-Asst the HR Supervisor to finishe the HR reports including Headcount Report/Turnover Report/Recruitment Report/O-chart/HRAdmin Report, etc and ensure the accuracy and time efficiency.
负责协助主管完成人事报告,包括HC报告、人员流动报告、招聘报告、组织管理图、人事行政报表
-Develop and maintain good relationship with business manager to make sure the hiring information and process move smoothly.
保持与业务部门和的良好关系确保招聘信息通畅及流程顺利推进
-Monitor talent market and competitor information and provide the report regularly.
监督人才市场和竞争对手的信息,并定期提供报告
-Other recruiting projects which are assigned.
其他被委派的招聘项目
-Assist HR manager to deliver the new employee orientation training and other work.
协助直线经理完成新员工培训工作和其他工作
职位要求:
Job Requirements:
-Bachelor degree, good in English.
本科学历,英语良好
-Interested in communicating with talents, dedicate in HR recruiting function.
热爱于人沟通,致力于人力资源招聘方向
-1-2 years direct recruiting experience in MNCs(Recruiting Agency is a plus).
1-2 以上企业直接招聘经验(人力资源招聘机构优先)
-Professional service mindset and results oriented.

-Quick learner and self motivated.
