Job Summary: Directs and coordinates activities of engineering by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors. Responsible for Mechanical Engineering team.
Job Qualifications: Bachelors degree (B. S.) in ME Engineering from a four-year university. Master Degree in Engineering is preferred. Ideal candidates will possess at least (5) years machine design experience in the manufacturing and machine building business along with a strong background in custom machines. Foreign company working experience is preferred. The candidate also should have certain level of experience and ability on Quality control, ERP,Hands-on design and Problem analysis solving as well. Design Skills with AutoCAD, Inventor Software are required. Good English reading, writing as well as oral communications with company global teams.

Primary Skills and Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned)
? Establishes the group’s direction and coordinates with other teams to drive the company’s strategic objectives to complete and successful implementation
? Manage manpower resources daily to get job done in high quality one time.
? Participates in development of corporate product strategy as well as the development of new products.
?
? Directs and coordinates activities of the Engineering Departments for which responsibility is delegated to further attainment of goals and objectives
? Prepares departmental budgets and reviews and analyzes activities, costs, operations, and forecast data to determine department or division progress toward stated goals and objectives
? Ensures that the responsibilities, authorities, and accountability of all direct subordinates are defined and understood
? Provide technical assistance to applications engineering, project management, customer service and sales team and /or customers as appropriate
? Is also responsible to provide a complete job-related orientation to new hires (direct reports).
? Manages the project-related work of the group, whether internal resources or out sourced
? Lead responsibility for employee hiring, discipline, appraisals, raises, and training within the group.
? Occasional travel to customer locations for Design Reviews, problem solving, Project Kickoff
? Work with Global BEP Team for new products, product enhancements, and intercompany support.
? Must have good English communication skills.
