To organize and file the process documentation in accordance with quality system and production.To support manufacture engineering(Trouble shooting,safety issue…)To support or lead some projects launched in plantTo support MTM (Methods Time Management) implementation in SBMLV (Study + process improvement)To monitor the production capacity based on the order in take and get investment plan base on forecast To guarantee the correct set up of process information into SAP (BOM and Routine) To continuously take improvement actions of manufacturing engineering base on SPS proincipleTo work together with MTM technicians to improve production labor productivityTo work together with quality department to improve product quality and reduce MDRTo optimize workshop layout base on MPH principle


_. More than 5 years experience as methods engineer/ Industrial engineering (IE) (welding experience plus)
_.Good communication skill and project managment skill
_.Bachelor degree in mechanics, IE, electrics or welding
_.Good skill of computer operation (Office, autoCAD)
_.English skill in both writing and speaking
